Have your questions about the SkyMiles program made it into our top ten? Find out here.
We automatically track qualifying flights when your SkyMiles account number appears in the reservation record. That's why it's important to give your SkyMiles number when you're booking your reservation, and to use your name exactly as it appears on your membership card.
Fill out the form on the Request Mileage Credit page. Be sure to include flight number, dates of travel and ticket number. See Mileage Credit Rules & Conditions for more details.
Go to Forgot SkyMiles Number for everything you need to know about retrieving lost or forgotten account numbers.
Go to View Account Information and see if your credit is shown.
Yes. We can give you credit for flights that occurred up to 30 days before you enrolled. To get credit, fill out the form on the Request Mileage Credit page.
It can take between 30 and 90 days for a qualifying Delta or Delta Connection® flight or qualifying partner's mileage to be recorded. To learn more about it, see Account Discrepancies.
On average, miles will appear in your SkyMiles account within 6-8 weeks. For more information, check the terms and conditions of your Limited-Time Offer for credit posting information.
Go to Request SkyMiles Card for requesting.
If the name and address is exactly the same on both accounts, contact Delta Reservation Sales and request account consolidation.
If the accounts have different names or addresses, the best thing to do is send a written request that includes the member's signature and both SkyMiles membership numbers to SkyMiles Account Support. Note that only the applicable mileage credit (and not any duplicate enrollment bonus) can be transferred to the remaining account.
Go to Profile to update member information. To learn more, see Name & Address Changes in the Member Guide.
