Profile FAQs

With your Profile, you can enjoy the easiest way to purchase a ticket at delta.com. Create and manage preferred trips, securely store credit card numbers, enroll in special fare programs to learn about Delta specials, and tell us how and when you would like for us to contact you. The information within Profile is separated on four tabs: About Me, Contact Me, Credit Card, and Flights.

Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about Profile. For questions about a specific tab, select it from the previous paragraph. If your question or comment has not been addressed, feel free to e-mail us.

What types of information can I store and is there a limit?

You can enter and store up to six addresses, five email addresses, five phone numbers, four credit cards and 10 preferred trips in our secure environment. You also may sign up for Email Programs and promotions that interest you, subscribe to Flight Notifications, and change the delivery method and location of your SkyMiles Statements.


Is there a summary where I can see all the information I have stored with Delta?

The About Me tab offers a summary of the addresses, e-mail addresses and phone numbers you have stored with us. The Credit Card tab shows the number of credit cards you have stored with us as well as the last four digits of each card. The Contact Me tab offers a summary of any programs, promotions, and flight notifications you may be subscribed to. The Flights tab shows you the Preferred Trips you have stored to make future reservations a snap.


I have never been to delta.com but there is already information about me stored. How did this information get here?

Since you are a SkyMiles member, the information you entered when you enrolled is stored in your Profile.


Will this information be used for any other purposes?

We will use this information in accordance with the strict guidelines of our Privacy Policy. Your personal information, including credit card details, will not be shared or used for any purpose other than enhancing your experience with Delta. You will be the only person who will have access to this information online.


What do I need to set up a profile?

You need to be a SkyMiles member to create a Profile. If you’re not already a member, enroll now. If you are already a SkyMiles member, start using all the personalized features of your Profile.
