An online statement is a version of your SkyMiles account activity that can be viewed at delta.com. When you elect to receive your statement online you'll receive an email at the beginning of each month reminding you to check your activity from the previous month. This email will contain special Delta news and program information as well as valuable partner offers available exclusively to SkyMiles members.

You can view your online statement at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The first full week of every month, Delta will send you an email reminding you to check your previous months' activity. This email will include Delta news and information as well as SkyMiles program and partner news and information.
The most likely reason for not receiving your reminder email is that we have an incorrect email address for you. It may be that the address was submitted improperly or that your email address has changed. Another reason you may not receive your reminder email is because the server that delivers/receives the email may be down. Should this occur, we will not continue to resend you an email.
If you do not receive your reminder email, go to Profile, and retype your email address. Be sure to click Update at the bottom of the page to ensure your information is submitted properly. And remember, you can still check your SkyMiles account activity online at any time.
Yes. You will receive a reminder email each month regardless of whether you have any SkyMiles account activity. You will continue to receive emails monthly as long as you continue to be enrolled for online statements.
If your email address changes, visit Profile to update your email address. Remember to click Update at the bottom of the page to make sure your information is submitted properly.
No. In support of Delta's green efforts, we do not send paper statements.
Go to Profile, from the Contact Me tab, select the option to Unsubscribe. Be sure to click Update at the bottom of the page to ensure your information is submitted properly. You can also click on the "unsubscribe" text in your reminder email, which takes you to Profile. When switching from online statements to no statements, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the change to become effective. If you opt out of the online statement program, you will lose the ability to access your month- account activity; however, you can still go online to access your 12 month account activity.
Yes, you will receive the reminder email if you enroll to receive your statement online. This email enables Delta to advise you of all the valuable SkyMiles offers you are entitled to. However, you don't need to wait until you get the reminder email to check your account activity, you can view your activity at your convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you do not sign up for online statements, you will only have access to your 12 month view of Account History and not the monthly view.
