We want to provide a fast, online method of accessing your SkyMiles account if you happen to forget your PIN. After you answer the security questions, you can reset your PIN instantly and we’ll email a reminder to you.

You can skip it for now; but as of September 17, 2008, you must provide this information to log in to your SkyMiles account, purchase Award Travel tickets online, or purchase SkyMiles gifts.
Can I use any answer that I want?
Yes, provided you:
- Use only alpha-numeric characters (the alphabet a-z and numbers 0-9).
- Don't use special characters such as commas, apostrophes, dashes, etc. You can, however, use a space between words.
- Use at least 4 characters and no more than 64 characters.
What if none of the security questions apply to me?
You should select the question that is most appropriate for you and then supply a name or word that you are sure you can remember. The question and answer combination can be as realistic or unrealistic as you want. Just make sure you select something that will jog your memory.
Can I change the answers to the security questions?
Currently the answers cannot be changed or modified.
Is my information secure or used for any other purposes?
Increased security for our customers is why we are initiating this program. We will use this information in accordance with the strict guidelines of our Privacy Policy. Your personal information, will not be shared or used for any purpose other than enhancing your experience with Delta.You will be the only person who will have access to this information online.
What happens if I can't remember my security questions or answers?
If you forget the answers to the security questions, and you exceed the maximum allowable attempts to answer your security questions, your PIN will be emailed to the address stored in your SkyMiles profile. If you don't have an email address on file then you can reset your PIN online provided you remember your personal information.
Can I answer in a language other than English?
Yes, as long as it uses a Western (or Latin) alphabet and no special characters.
