The eBoarding Pass replaces your traditional paper boarding pass when checking in online or from your mobile device for travel from select cities. Once you receive and download your eBoarding Pass, you may proceed directly to security. You do not need to check in again at the airport.

You must check in as a single passenger on a Delta-operated flight departing from one of the cities listed above in order to receive the eBoarding Pass option.
The eBoarding Pass can be used on most web-enabled mobile phones and PDAs.
The eBoarding Pass is sent to either an email address or mobile phone number in the form of an e-mail, WAP push/link or MMS message.
Your eBoarding Pass will be sent after you complete check-in online.
Yes, if you do not receive your eBoarding Pass, you can check in at delta.com again and request to send another eBoarding Pass.
You should have the barcode image available on the screen of your device when approaching the security checkpoint or boarding gate. Please ensure the entire barcode is visible on the screen and make certain the backlight is on when the barcode is being scanned. You should also have a valid government issued photo ID available for inspection at the Security Checkpoint.
During Online Check-in, you are able to specify how many bags you would like to check. You can then proceed directly to the baggage drop locations at the airport and present your eBoarding Pass along with a valid government issued photo ID for the ticket agent to verify. Then, proceed to the security checkpoint with your eBoarding Pass.
If you are cleared for an upgrade, you will board with your original eBoarding Pass. There is no need to retrieve a new paper boarding pass or new eBoarding pass.
If you did not receive the eBoarding Pass, it is possible that the WAP push feature is not enabled on your device. This feature needs to be enabled on AT&T phones, please reference your phone's manual for details on how to enable WAP Push.
