When will all Northwest WorldClubs® change over to Delta Sky Club? When will all Crown Room Clubs® change over to Delta Sky Club? Will my WorldClubs/CRC membership cards still be valid? All WorldClubs will change over to Delta Sky Club by the end of 2009.

Will my WorldClubs/CRC membership cards still be valid?
Yes. Your current membership card will continue to be valid through the validity date noted on it.
As a WorldClubs member, will I receive a Delta Sky Club membership number?
Yes. As a part of the integration of the SkyMiles and the WorldPerks frequent flyer programs, each WorldPerks member will be assigned a SkyMiles account number by early 2010. This number will double as your Delta Sky Club membership number.
As a Crown Room Club member, will I receive a new Delta Sky Club membership number?
No. Existing Delta Crown Room Club members will keep their current SkyMiles numbers, which will double as their Delta Sky Club membership numbers.
Are membership fees changing?
No. We recently aligned our fees, and no additional changes are anticipated at this time. x
What other changes are coming for Delta Sky Club?
Throughout 2009, the lounges will continue to offer existing amenities, including complimentary beverages and snacks, personalized flight assistance, satellite TV, Wi-Fi access and other connectivity options. By early 2010, Delta plans to harmonize all Delta Sky Club offerings to provide customers one consistent service and product experience, adopting customer favorites from both lounge programs.
If I'm a WorldClubs member who previously renewed at nwa.com, will I now need to renew at delta.com instead?
No. Current WorldPerks members should continue to renew their memberships at nwa.com/skyclub.
As an existing WorldClubs member, can I purchase a Delta Sky Club membership with miles?
Miles earned with the Delta SkyMiles program are the only currency accepted to purchase Delta Sky Club memberships. As a WorldPerks member, you may link your WorldPerks and SkyMiles accounts and transfer the mileage required to redeem the membership of your choice. In order to take advantage of Elite WorldPerks member pricing – or if you’ve been a club member in the last six months – your membership can be processed at any Delta Sky Club location.
As a WorldClubs member, will I be able to access all the same lounges with a Delta Sky Club membership?
Yes. Reciprocal access to Crown Room Clubs and WorldClubs has been in place since the Delta/Northwest merger, so you will still have access to all Delta and Northwest lounges and select partner lounges. Access to partner lounges are subject to change. Visit delta.com/clublocations for updated lounge information.
Will Club services like travel assistance (booking flights, etc.) change?
What can I take to ensure that my baggage will arrive with me?
We require outside identification on all checked baggage. We also recommend inside identification, just in case the outside identification gets lost.
Remember to always carry medicine, money, valuable documents, keys, jewelry, cameras, and other small fragile items in your hand luggage, just in case your baggage does get separated from you for a time. And remember: Never lock your luggage.
Will some of the Clubs be closing? If the Clubs are "consolidating," does this mean they'll be more crowded?
With the integration of Crown Room Clubs and WorldClubs, we are taking a look at each lounge to ensure we are located optimally in relation to Delta arrivals and departures. We are also evaluating traffic within each Club to ensure we have sufficient space to accommodate members. Going forward, we may consolidate select lounges, but will notify members as those decisions are made.
Will my Lifetime WorldClubs membership be honored by the new Delta Sky Club?
Yes. All current WorldClubs membership types will be honored.
Can I call the WorldClubs Service Center with questions?
As part of the integration, the WorldClubs Service Center will be closing. Please visit delta.com/skyclub to purchase a new membership or to renew, and to see a list of club locations, amenities or other information about the club. If you need further information, please send us an email.
Can I still mail in an application?
Yes. You can mail your application to the address noted online or you may purchase a membership at delta.com/skyclub.
