We are operating 16-daily flights between New York and Boston, and 15-daily flights between New York and Washington DC, Monday through Friday. Weekend schedules are slightly reduced. See Shuttle Schedules for departure times.
Please allow sufficient time at the airport for ticketing and the issuance of boarding passes, as well as necessary airport security screenings. Only passengers with government-issued (federal, state, or local) photo I.D., a ticket and a boarding pass will be allowed past airport security checkpoints and on to the gate. Appropriate documents are subject to local airport requirements. Boarding passes will be issued only at the ticket counters or the self-service ticketing kiosks.
In accordance with FAA guidelines, passengers will now be limited to one carry-on bag and one personal item such as a purse, briefcase, or a laptop computer.
Yes. Delta Shuttle flights leave within 5 minutes of scheduled departure time over 95% of the time.
No reservations are required to fly Delta Shuttle when you have an unrestricted fare. Fares requiring advance purchase do require reservations.
No. Each customer receives 500 SkyMiles for a Shuttle flight.

Delta Shuttle does not utilize assigned seating prior to boarding the aircraft. The Delta Shuttle uses the open seating method. Open seating allows Delta Shuttle customers to board the aircraft on a "first come, first served" basis and select the seat of their choice.
As an added convenience and to help speed you on your way, the Delta Shuttle offers deplaning via the forward and rear doors upon arrival at the gate of your destination city (weather and operations permitting).
