Business Proposals
Proposals for all departments at Delta are initially reviewed by Supply Chain and should be sent by email to itsupplychain.dl@delta.com
Donations, Sponsorships, or Promotional Marketing
Submit your request via our web-based system called SponsorDirect. If you feel you have a proposal that matches the criteria outlined on the site, you will be guided through a series of steps in order to create an account and submit your request. By using this venue, you will receive an appropriate and timely response from our Marketing, Sales, or Community Relations group.
Tickets and transportation vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issuance, and NOT the date of travel.

If you are traveling on Delta, a Delta Connection® carrier, or Delta Shuttle®, you can change your ticket at delta.com. Go to Itineraries then select Edit Itineraries to change your ticket. If you are traveling on one of our airline codeshare partners you will need to contact Reservations to change your ticket. To expedite your call, have your ticket information available. Ticket change fees vary, so see Change Fees for more details. A fare difference may also apply.

You may change flights and exchange all or part of a Northwest Airlines E-Ticket online. To do so, go to Exchanges and select Electronic Exchange of a Northwest E-Ticket. Enter the passenger's name and confirmation number. From the Reservation Details page, select Change Reservation to begin the exchange process.
Passengers should check with the consulate of the country they are visiting to determine what type of documents is required for entry and if a visa is required.
All tickets are non-transferable per the fare rules. Name changes are not permitted.
Tickets and vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issuance. If your ticket or voucher has expired, it is no longer valid and can not be extended due to illness or to circumstances that were unknown at the time of purchase or are beyond a customer’s control.

E-Ticket receipts can be viewed and printed on nwa.com up to 90 days after the final flight departure date. Go to Manage My Reservations and provide the passenger last name and E-Ticket number.

A form will be mailed or faxed to you, which must be completed and sent with a service fee of USD 20.00 or CAD 31.00 per ticket copy.

You can request a refund for e>tickets at delta.com if the tickets were:
If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment to the person who purchased the ticket, which may be different from the ticket holder. Credit card refunds will appear on your credit card statement within one to two billing cycles.

An E-Ticket with a refundable fare can be refunded online. From the nwa.com home page, go to Manage My Reservations. Provide passenger last name and confirmation number or E-Ticket number. On the Reservation Details page, click on Cancel Reservation and Request Refund. If your E-Ticket is non-refundable, you will not receive a refund.
Purchased through a travel agency or online web site
For reservations booked with your travel agent or through an online site, please contact the travel agency or online site for a refund.
Delta
To locate an item left on a Delta flight, call the Baggage Service Center at 800-325-8224 between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.
If an unclaimed article is located, it is turned into the Baggage Service Department in the city where it is found. The items are held for a short period of time and after that time, they are salvaged, and we are unable to retrieve them. If you call and file a report and we locate your item, we will contact you and the item will be returned at your expense. You will be contacted only if your property is located.
Northwest
To locate an item left on a Northwest flight, go to the nearest ticket counter, during the ticket counter hours of operation and provide information about the item. For airport hours of operation, call 800-225-2525.
