Baggage Service Center

You can check the status of delayed baggage online with your 10-digit reference file number. To contact the Baggage Service Center, call 800-325-8224.

Passenger Property Loss

If you are experiencing a baggage loss, we apologize for the inconvenience. You can download a copy of the Passenger Property Loss Claim form (27 KB size). To view, save, or print the form, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once you've completed the form, you can send by:

Lost & Found

To report items lost or found at the airport or on an aircraft, contact the Baggage Service Center at 800-325-8224. You will need to provide a date, location, detailed description, and a flight number for the lost and found items.


Passenger Refunds

To apply for a ticket refund or lost ticket application refund, follow the instructions below.

Ticket Refund

You can apply for a ticket refund online if your ticket is eligible.

You can call 800-847-0578 or within the metro Atlanta area or at an international location, 404-715-5417 Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm (ET) to request:

  • Refund claim status.
  • Lost ticket application status.
  • Refund application instructions.
  • Ticket copies.

Lost Ticket Application Refund

If you completed a lost ticket application, and have now found your paper tickets, you may be eligible for a refund of the processing fee. To learn more about policies and procedures, see lost tickets. The original ticket coupons must be returned prior to continuation of travel on a replacement ticket. You will need to return:

  • Original remaining coupons
  • Copy of the new ticket (if you plan to continue travel)
  • Copy of the lost ticket application
