For your convenience, self-service kiosks are available at Delta Shuttle terminals in New York, Boston, and Washington, DC* to get you to the gate even faster.

*Tickets may be purchased online, at the airport terminal ticket counter or at Shuttle Ticketing Kiosks (BOS-LGA and DCA-LGA only).

Only passengers with a government-issued ID, a same-day ticket and a boarding pass will be allowed to proceed through the airport security checkpoint and on to the gate. The appropriate documentation is subject to local airport requirements. Boarding documents for all Delta Shuttle flights will be issued at the airport ticket counters, self-service kiosks or through mobile or delta.com check-in.

In accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines, customers will now be limited to one carry-on bag and one personal item (such as a purse, briefcase or laptop computer).
