Need Help | Missed flights/connections

Handling flight changes should be easy when you're at the airport. Self service tools are available to help you on your way as quickly as possible.

  • Delta may have already rebooked you on the next available flight. Use the Scan & Go tool to scan your old boarding pass and print your new one, along with any meal or hotel vouchers when applicable.
  • Select new flights as needed - If you want to find an alternate flight, use the touch screen kiosk to review and select your new flight.
  • You're on your way. Delta always has up-to-date flight information screens, helpful agents, and the ability to track your checked bags.

How to use your credit voucher

  • Scan your boarding pass at a Scan & Go device or Kiosk to print your credit voucher. If one is not available, please see an agent.
  • Use the voucher in the airport multiple times until the valid thru date/time listed or you reach the total value.
  • Show onboard Delta flights for one headset or alcoholic beverage only.
  • Keep your receipts to track your available balance.
  • Valid ID required. (Boarding pass accepted for children under 18 only).

Where can the voucher be used?

  • Credit Vouchers can be used to purchase goods or services at most airport merchants, and at near-by hotels & eating establishments
  • Credit Vouchers are NOT valid for use at the following types of merchants; and will be rejected at the point of sale:
    • eCommerce/Internet, mail order, or telephone based merchants
    • Other merchants as determined to be outside of the prescribed scope and intent of the credit voucher program, including but not limited to:
      • Gambling transactions
      • Transactions related to government fees
      • Tax payments and other services
      • Dating and escort services
      • Certain business- to-business transactions

Instructions for Merchants

  • Verify customer ID when voucher is presented. (A current boarding pass can be accepted for children under 18 only.)
  • Process the credit voucher as a card-not-present transaction by inputting the 16- digit account number, expiration date and security code into the terminal.
  • Note that the credit voucher can be used at multiple merchants until the voucher amount is reached.
  • Staple the receipt to the voucher to help customer track its balance.
  • Contact your local MasterCard acquirer for processing questions.
  • Note: Merchants in industries not eligible for voucher use should not attempt to process payment using the Delta credit voucher.
