Delta 24 Hour Wi-Fi Pass

The Delta 24 Hour Wi-Fi Pass offers 24 hours of unlimited Internet on all Gogo® equipped Delta flights. It's a great value if you're flying for more than three hours within a 24 hour period on Wi-Fi equipped aircraft.

All Delta 24 Hour Wi-Fi Pass transactions are final and will not be refunded. By purchasing this pass, you are purchasing a limited license to access the Gogo® on-board network.  This license allows you to access the network during the 12-month period following purchase of your pass for one continuous period of 24 hours.  The purchase and sale of this limited license is completed when the pass is placed in your Gogo® account.  This license has no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred or assigned.  After the limited license term has expired, the pass representing this license will no longer appear in your account.

Here's how it works:

  1. Upon completion of your purchase, your Delta 24 Hour Wi-Fi Pass will be stored in your Gogo® account. In the event that you do not have a Gogo® account, an account will be created for you using the email address associated with your booking.
  2. While in flight, select "Gogo® in-flight" as the wireless network and launch browser.
  3. Log into your account using the email address provided during purchase
  4. Get online, in air!

Terms & Conditions:

  1. State taxes apply for purchases made using a credit card with billing address in New Mexico, South Dakota or Texas.
  2. All Wi-Fi service provided by Gogo® LLC. Wi-Fi service inquiries should be addressed to Gogo at Gogoair.com.
  3. Additional restrictions may apply. Use of Gogo is subject to terms of use available at Gogoair.com.
  4. Voice service is not permitted or supported.
  5. Does not include Entertainment on Demand products.
  6. The minimum requirements to access the service include a Wi-Fi adapter and a supported browser; more detailed requirements are available at Gogoair.com
  7. Any liability for damage to the passenger caused by loss of information or data is rejected by the airline. In case of misuse or manipulation, any liability is rejected by the airline. Even within the nationwide coverage area, there are several factors that may interfere with actual service, quality and availability-including the ability to initiate, validate and maintain an in-flight connection. These factors include, but are not limited to: network changes, aircraft and network traffic volume, service outages, technical limitations, signal strength, and other conditions.
  8. Additional Wi-Fi passes may be available in flight.
  9. Wi-Fi service is not available on all Delta flights. In addition, this service is not available outside the continental USA and Alaska. Some parts of Alaska may experience interruptions.

Mileage Booster™

Do you want to accrue more SkyMiles on this flight? With the Mileage Booster™ you can add up to 3,000 more miles on this flight to help boost your mileage balance and get closer to your next Award Ticket.

All Mileage Booster™ transactions are final and will not be refunded.

Here's how it works:

  1. Upon completion of your Delta-marketed flight, both the Mileage Booster™ purchased (1,000, 2,000 or 3,000 miles) and miles earned per segment will be posted to your SkyMiles® account within 24 hours.

Terms & Conditions:

Agreement made between Delta Air Lines, Inc.® ("Delta") and the SkyMiles® Member ("Member") in connection with the Member's desire to participate in the Delta SkyMiles Mileage Booster Program. Delta, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to approve the Member's participation in the Delta SkyMiles® Program.

  1. Pursuant to this Agreement and the order form for Mileage Booster, the Member desires to buy miles for posting to the purchasers account, and the purchasing Member acknowledges that they will be charged certain fees for such a transaction, as set forth herein on this web site.   4. Mileage Booster purchases will be tied to the SkyMiles number associated with the flown flights
  5. A voluntary change in your flight itinerary will result in the forfeiture of Mileage Booster purchases associated with that particular flight. Mileage Booster purchases will not be transferred to a new flight and a refund will not be available.
  6. Miles purchased through the Mileage Booster program will not count toward qualification for any SkyMiles Medallion or Million Miler™ status.
  7. Mileage Booster purchases are in U.S. dollars. Miles purchased through Mileage Booster are inclusive of a U.S. federal excise tax, currently seven and one-half percent (7.5%) and subject to change. Delta will remit the excise tax to the U.S. Government on behalf of the member. An additional 5% GST and/or other applicable taxes apply to purchases by Canadian residents.
  8. Miles will post to your SkyMiles account after completion of this Delta marketed segment along with miles earned per segment. Only one Mileage Booster offer can be applied per segment.

In-Flight Beverage Voucher

  1. Upon check-in for the flight for which the In-Flight Beverage Voucher was purchased, the voucher will be printed with your boarding documents.  If you check-in using a mobile device, you may print your In-Flight Beverage Voucher at an airport kiosk.
    (Please note that you can only print your In-Flight Beverage Voucher at home or at an airport kiosk once.)
  2. During the in-flight beverage service, you may redeem this voucher for one beer, wine or cocktail split.
  3. Give the vouicher to a flight attendant upon receiving your beverage.

  1. This Delta Sky Club One-Day Pass grants access to any Delta Sky Club locations worldwide for the passenger listed on the itinerary and on the day of travel listed on the itinerary only.  . Itineraries that include a date change between origin and destination are treated as the same day. Access to partner lounges is not permitted.
  2. Delta Sky Club facilities may be used only in conjunction with same-day ticketed air travel on Delta Air Lines.

Economy Comfort

Terms & Conditions:

Economy Comfort™ seating is offered on Delta's two-cabin aircraft, subject to availability. Economy Comfort seating is limited and may not be available on all flights. Features differ slightly according to flight type/destination.

  1. Domestic flights offer up to 3 more inches of legroom and international flights offer up to 4 more inches than the standard coach seat. 
  2. Complimentary spirits and increased recline are offered on international and transcontinental flights operating between JFK and LAX, SEA and SFO flights. 
  3. Economy Comfort fees are charged per customer per segment. 
  4. The Economy Comfort Medallion® travel companion benefit is applicable for up to eight companions traveling on the same reservation as the Medallion member. 
  5. Gold Medallions and their travel companions receive Economy Comfort at no charge for Domestic travel and 50% off on International travel. Silver Medallions and their travel companions will receive a 50% discount for domestic travel and a 25% discount for international travel. Discounts are applied to the published per segment fee. Economy Comfort discounts are determined based on the customer's status at the time of purchase. 
  6. We reserve the right to assign or reassign an Economy Comfort seat at any time, even after boarding of the aircraft, for operational, safety or security reasons. The final decision resides with the ground staff and the operating crew on the day of the flight.
  7. Refunds will be issued to any reassigned customer if the customer is not moved to a comparable or better seat.
  8. Effective for Economy Comfort seat purchases on and after May 2, 2013, if a customer voluntarily changes his/her flight or seat selection once purchased, a refund for the original seat purchase will not be provided.
