If you find that your exact same Delta fare is at least $10 lower on another U.S.–based travel website, then we'll make it right by refunding you the difference and rewarding you with a $100 voucher for your next purchase. 

Do I Qualify?

To qualify, the lower fare must be an exact match. Please make sure your request complies with the following requirements:

1. The ticket must be a published adult fare purchased in U.S. dollars at delta.com, or via the Fly Delta app, for travel originating in the U.S., U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico.

2. The lower fare must be for the exact same Delta flights, dates, number of passengers, cabin and booking/fare class as the original ticket purchased that same day at delta.com or via the Fly Delta app.

3. The lower fare is not offered at delta.com or via the Fly Delta mobile app.

4. The lower fare difference must be $10 USD or higher per ticket.

How Do I Submit a Claim?

If you find a lower fare that meets the requirements above, let us know using the link below. Claims must be submitted on the same day you purchased your ticket. Delta will review your claim within 24 hours and let you know if it qualifies. Valid claims will receive a refund for the difference in fare and a $100 Delta travel voucher.

Best Fare Guarantee:

Best Fare Guarantee is valid for published adult fares purchased by credit card with a United States billing address at delta.com or via the Fly Delta app.  Travel must originate in the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico.

If you find a lower published fare on another U.S. –based travel agency website that is at least $10 lower for the exact same Delta itinerary as the ticket you purchased on delta.com or via the Fly Delta app, you will receive a credit for the difference in fare and a $100 Delta travel voucher.

Your claim must be made by 11:59pm on the day before the first departure by 11:59pm on the day of purchase, whichever comes first. For a Best Fare Guarantee claim to be valid, it must satisfy all terms and conditions and be submitted in compliance with the claims processing procedures. Refund the fare difference and receive a $100 Delta travel voucher

  • Submit the completed claim form by 11:59pm on the same day of purchasing the exact same itinerary on delta.com or via the Fly Delta app. Time deadline is calculated on time zone for the originating airport in your itinerary.
  • The lower fare found must be for an adult published fare, the exact same Delta flight, date, cabin (First/Business/Economy), booking/fare class with the exact same rules and restrictions as the original itinerary purchased on delta.com or the Fly Delta app. The lower fare must be in U.S. dollars.
  • The booking class information on the U.S. travel agency websites is usually displayed in the section entitled "Fare Rules and Restrictions" and the booking class will begin with a letter such as L, U, T, etc.
  • Fares advertised on metasearch sites or sites that aggregate fares from one or more U.S. travel agency will not qualify for the guarantee.
  • The lower fare must be identified on the website of a Delta and ARC accredited travel agency.
  • The difference in the lower total fare must be equal to or greater than $10 USD.
  • Best Fare Guarantee applies to the total fare. Some U.S. travel agency websites display fares that do not include all taxes and fees. All taxes and fees must be included when comparing any fare to the published fare purchased on delta.com or the Fly Delta app.
  • Only applicable to itineraries wholly operated and marketed by Delta and the Delta Connection® carriers.
  • Guarantee only applies to wholly unused published fare tickets originally purchased by credit card on delta.com, or the Fly Delta app, with U.S. billing address.
  • Travel must be originating in the U.S., U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. Travel to Canada is not included in this offer.
  • Requests can only be made via the claim form.

Fares not included in this offer:

  • Child fares are not available from delta.com or the Fly Delta mobile application and therefore do not qualify for the Best Fare Guarantee at this time. Child fares if applicable (under the age of 12 traveling internationally) can be purchased through our Reservations Sales Office. Other restrictions may apply.
  • Unpublished fares, including, but not limited to military, corporate, consolidator, wholesaler, companion certificates, meeting and group fares.
  • Other discounted fares not available to the general public.
  • Published fares where the airline carrier is not disclosed at time of ticketing and any ticket obtained via an auction.
  • Package fares – airfares sold as part of a travel package.
  • Fares that include Canada as a destination, connection or stopover.
  • Codeshare or interline fares for flights not operated by Delta or a Delta Connection® carrier.

  • Delta must be able to verify the lower online published fare at the time of the claim and that the lower fare is not available at delta.com or the Fly Delta mobile application. Other methods of verification (e.g., fax, screen prints) are not eligible.
  • The form will require you to provide the lower fare amount and the U.S. travel agency website address (URL) where the lower fare is found.
  • If the lower published fare is validated by Delta, you will receive an email confirmation of the refund amount to your credit card and your travel voucher for $100.
  • The electronic transportation voucher will be valid for one year from date of issue and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Purchased/auctioned electronic travel vouchers are subject to confiscation or voiding and travel will be prohibited.

What if a lower fare is offered on delta.com or on the Fly Delta app?

If the price of the fare you purchased on delta.com or via the Fly Delta app decreases by at least $10 on the same day you purchased, let us know and we will refund you the difference to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

How Do I Submit a Claim?
