Chiarello, a distinguished Napa Valley restaurateur, has a knack for integrating Southern Italian cuisine with his northern California "foodie" lifestyle. His innovative and distinctive three-course menu includes an antipasto plate, entree and dessert course featuring fine cheeses and gelati.
