Yes, adult members can accompany infants and children. Infant and child must travel with adult. Infant and child cannot travel alone. The same award redemption level is required for child as adult. No miles is needed for infant not occupying a seat but only one infant is allowed to travel with one adult. For travel on or after April 1, 2014, infant is defined as a person of 0-2 years old and does not occupy a seat, and child is defined as a person of 3-11 years old.

Your request for Skymark award travel will be processed once submitted online, and email to notify whether your award travel is confirmed and ticketed, the itinerary you requested is not available, or additional information is needed, within 72 hours after the request is submitted. If your award travel is confirmed, the email that will be sent to you will contain a confirmation number for Skymark flights.
Miles miles will be deducted from your account usually within 24 hours after your Skymark flights are confirmed and ticketed.
Departure date must be at least 14 days and within 60 days from time of your Skymark Award Travel request. Travel must be completed within 60 days from the date you submit the Skymark Award Travel request.

'Ticketless' means no paper or electronic tickets will be issued to you after you've made your booking. Skymark award travel is ticketless, and once your flights are confirmed, Delta will send you a ‘Travel Itinerary’ via e-mail, which will include your flight details and a Booking Confirmation Number. Please print and bring to the check-in counter. Boarding pass will be issued at the Skymark check-in counter. Please indicate your photo ID that Skymark specifies when you check-in.

No. Changes or cancellations are not permitted once your itinerary is confirmed.
If you miss a Skymark flight because of your first flight delay or cancellation, Skymark will put you on the next flight on which seats are available, provided that you show a certificate proving the delay or cancellation of your first flight. In the case that you do not use your Skymark award flight due to your first flight delay or cancellation, mileage will not be redeposited to your SkyMiles account, nor will Delta or Skymark provide a cash refund.
