  • How Can I Make A Reservation For Award Travel On Skymark?

    You may book award travel by submitting a request using the online booking form available at delta.com.

  • Are There Any Blackout Dates?

    Yes, award travel using Skymark flights is not available for the following blackout dates:

    • January 1, 2016 – January 3, 2016
    • January 9, 2016 – January 11, 2016
    • March 19, 2016 – March 21, 2016
    • April 27, 2016 - May 10, 2016
    • July 15, 2016 - July 19, 2016
    • August 5, 2016 - August 15, 2016
    • September 16, 2016 - September 21, 2016
    • October 7, 2016 - October 11, 2016
  • How Do I Know If My Award Travel On Skymark Is Confirmed?

    Your request for Skymark award travel will be processed once submitted online, and email to notify whether your award travel is confirmed and ticketed, the itinerary you requested is not available, or additional information is needed, within 72 hours after the request is submitted. If your award travel is confirmed, the email that will be sent to you will contain a confirmation number for Skymark flights.

  • When Will The Skymiles Miles Be Deducted From My Account?

    Miles miles will be deducted from your account usually within 24 hours after your Skymark flights are confirmed and ticketed.

  • How Many Days Do I Need To Book Skymark Award Tickets In Advance?

    Departure date must be at least 14 days and within 60 days from time of your Skymark Award Travel request. Travel must be completed within 60 days from the date you submit the Skymark Award Travel request.

  • Can I Redeem One-Way Award Travel On Skymark?

    Yes, you can redeem one-way award travel. However it requires the same award redemption level as roundtrip.

  • Can I Leave My Return Trip Open When Making Reservations?

    No, all flights must be confirmed before SkyMiles award tickets can be issued.

  • Can I Combine My Award Travel On Skymark With Award Travel On Delta Or Other Skymiles Airline Partners On The Same Ticket?

    No. Award travel redemption on Skymark is not combinable with Delta/SkyTeam® Alliance Partners/other Airline Partner itineraries.

  • What Does 'Ticketless Travel' Mean? Is Skymark A Ticketless Airline?

    'Ticketless' means no paper or electronic tickets will be issued to you after you've made your booking. Skymark award travel is ticketless, and once your flights are confirmed, Delta will send you a ‘Travel Itinerary’ via e-mail, which will include your flight details and a Booking Confirmation Number. Please print and bring to the check-in counter. Boarding pass will be issued at the Skymark check-in counter. Please indicate your photo ID that Skymark specifies when you check-in.

  • Can I Check Or View My Itinerary On Skymark Home Page?

    No. You cannot check or view your award travel itinerary on Skymark website.

Change/Cancellation

  • Can I Make A Flight Change?

    No. Changes or cancellations are not permitted once your itinerary is confirmed.

  • If I Miss A Skymark Flight Because Of My First Flight Delay, Will Skymark Put Me On Next Available Flight Or Refund/Redeposit My Ticket And Miles?

    If you miss a Skymark flight because of your first flight delay or cancellation, Skymark will put you on the next flight on which seats are available, provided that you show a certificate proving the delay or cancellation of your first flight. In the case that you do not use your Skymark award flight due to your first flight delay or cancellation, mileage will not be redeposited to your SkyMiles account, nor will Delta or Skymark provide a cash refund.

  • Am I Allowed To Cancel My Skymark Award Flight Once The Ticket Is Confirmed?

    Cancellations are not permitted once the Skymark award booking is confirmed. SkyMiles miles will not be redeposited to your account.

  • How Long Is The Award Ticket On Skymark Valid?

    Your ticket and itinerary is valid for only the flight you are booked.

  • What Is Skymark's Procedure For Delayed Flights?

    If your Skymark flight is delayed, Skymark will exercise reasonable efforts to carry you and your baggage on the next flight on which seats are available to the destination specified on your ticket. Even if Skymark is unable to transport you on the same day, Skymark does not bear responsibility for your lodging or accommodation costs.   • What Is Skymark's Policy If A Flight Is Cancelled?

    If your Skymark flight is cancelled or Skymark fails to perform all or a part of the contract of carriage, Skymark will exercise reasonable efforts to carry you and your baggage on the next flight on which seats are available to the destination specified on your ticket. Even if Skymark is unable to transport you on the same day, Skymark does not bear responsibility for your lodging or accommodation costs. Check-in

  • What Is The Check-In Procedure?

    Please see an agent at the airport check-in counter and complete the check-in procedures with your reservations confirmation number from 2 hours to 20 minutes prior to departure. Customers who fail to complete the check-in procedures by these deadlines will not be able to travel on their scheduled flights, even if they have an existing reservation. At the check-in counter, you will receive your boarding pass only after presenting a form of identification designated by Skymark.
