No. Eligible Delta flights and Eligible Stays at SPG Participating Hotels that occur prior to registration in Crossover Rewards will not be eligible to earn Delta miles and/or Starpoints through Crossover Rewards.
If you are registered for Crossover Rewards and meet the eligible criteria, you will be able to earn Starpoints for eligible Delta flights and/or Delta miles for Eligible Stays at SPG Participating Hotels if you registered for Crossover Rewards at least 48 hours prior to taking an eligible Delta flight and/or 48 hours prior to checking-out of the SPG Participating Hotel for an Eligible Stay.

If you are registered to earn Delta miles in SPG’s Airline Direct Deposit (ADD) program, you currently earn Delta miles for Eligible Stays at SPG Participating Hotels instead of Starpoints. If you register for Crossover Rewards and are a Delta Medallion Member, you will continue to earn Delta miles for eligible Stays pursuant to the SPG ADD program, and you will earn one additional Starpoint for every one U.S. dollar or its foreign equivalent spent on Eligible Rates during your Eligible Stay as part of Crossover Rewards.
Any active SPG Member that is registered for the SPG Airline Direct Deposit (ADD) program with an airline other than Delta will be unable to register in Crossover Rewards until he/she calls the SPG Customer Contact Center to opt-out of the ADD program.

If you are registered for Crossover Rewards, are an SPG Platinum or Gold elite member, and you book a Delta marketed flight (excluding bookings made through online travel agencies such as priceline.com, expedia.com, travelocity.com, hotwire.com etc.), then in addition to the miles you already earn, you will also earn one Starpoint for every one US dollar or its foreign equivalent spent on Delta fares (excluding taxes and fees). Some fares such as specialty fares, often referred to as unpublished fares will receive 500 Starpoints for each segment instead of one Starpoint for every one US dollar. Starpoints will be posted to your SPG account for each completed segment within 4 to 6 weeks after the activity date. Starpoints for each segment will equal a prorated portion of the ticket price.
See the Crossover Rewards Terms and Conditions for complete details.
Not sure if you're on a Delta marketed flight? There's an easy way to check. The marketing carrier is determined by the two-letter airline code in the flight number. So if your flight has a DL flight number, it qualifies as Delta marketed.
If you are registered for Crossover Rewards and are an SPG Platinum or Gold elite member, Starpoints that you earn for eligible Delta flights will post to your SPG Member account for each segment within 4 to 6 weeks after the segment of the eligible Delta flight is completed. Starpoints for each segment will equal a prorated portion of the ticket price.
No. If you make a reservation for a Delta flight through an online travel agency (e.g., priceline.com, expedia.com, orbitz.com, hotwire.com), you are not eligible to earn Starpoints for that flight even if you are registered for Crossover Rewards and are an SPG Platinum or Gold elite member.
If you are registered for Crossover Rewards and are a Delta Medallion member, in addition to earning Starpoints for Eligible Stays at SPG Participating Hotels, you will earn one Delta mile for every one U.S. dollar or its foreign equivalent spent on eligible rates (e.g., room rates (excluding taxes and charges)) during your Eligible Stay. No Delta miles will be awarded for other Eligible Charges (e.g., food and beverage charges, laundry, valet) during an Eligible Stay at an SPG Participating Hotel.
If you are registered for Crossover Rewards and are a Delta Medallion member, Delta miles will post to your SPG account within 4 to 6 weeks after your Starpoints post to your account for such Eligible Stay.
