How do I make reservation changes?

Contact the Delta Chauffeur Service desk at 1-800-268-0555 in the United States or +44 (0) 1895 432170 in the United Kingdom.

Where will I meet the chauffeur for pick-up at the airport?

  • New York-Kennedy: Exit customs, turn left, and exit building. Chauffeur will be waiting at curbside by sedan at Arrival Area A.
  • London-Heathrow: Delta Chauffeur Service desk in arrivals
  • London-Gatwick: Delta Chauffeur Service desk in arrivals

When will the Chauffeur Service pick me up?

Pick-up time is set at time of booking. The Delta Chauffeur Service desk will confirm the day before pick-up.

What if my chauffeur is late picking me up?

If your chauffeur is late, please call the Delta Chauffeur Service desk at 1-800-268-0555 in the United States or +44 (0) 1895 432170 in the United Kingdom.

How long will the chauffeur wait for me if I’m late?

Forty-five minutes for non-airport pick-ups. The chauffeur will be released if the customer does not proceed directly to the pick-up location once exiting customs within the airport.

Can I travel beyond the range of the complimentary offering?

Yes. Chauffeur service can arrange to pick up or drop off outside of the 50 mile radius of the airport. Excess charges will apply and can be paid for at time of booking.

How many passengers may ride with me?

A total of three passengers may travel to and from the same locations. If more passengers are requested, then additional charges may apply to the customer.
