To book your Award Travel on Thai AirAsia, follow the simple steps below to request your award booking online:

• Submit your Award Booking Request Form. Credit card details are required for payment of taxes, fees and fuel surcharges.
• There is a THB50 checked baggage handling fee applied for every checked baggage payable at the airport counter. Fees may vary depending on point of origin. To find out more, visit AirAsia.
• Click here for a schedule of other fees/taxes surcharges.

• A Delta agent will be in touch with you, usually within 2-3 business days, to complete the credit card payment process for the fees/taxes/surcharges if requested flights are available. Or you will receive an email from Delta if your request cannot be processed.
• Delta will automatically deduct the required miles, usually within 24 hours, from your SkyMiles account from the time your booking is confirmed.
• A Travel Itinerary with details of your Thai AirAsia award flights will be sent to the email address you provide on the online booking form. You can also view your SkyMiles account summary in My Delta to find out the mileage deducted from your account for Thai AirAsia Award Travel.

Thai AirAsia Terms & Conditions

• Award redemption on Thai AirAsia is only available to SkyMiles members residing in Asia Pacific.
• Award Travel on Thai AirAsia is only available on Economy Class and must be booked at least 14 days prior to departure.
• Travel must be booked by submitting a request using the online booking form. Once your booking is confirmed, Delta will deduct the required miles from your SkyMiles account and a Thai AirAsia Travel Itinerary with the flight details will be sent to the email address provided when the booking was requested.
• Award Travel redemption on Thai AirAsia is not combinable with Delta, SkyTeam^® Global Alliance Partners, or other Airline Partner itineraries.
• Award Travel can be redeemed in either direction and is only available for point-to-point travel between Bangkok and the above-mentioned Thai AirAsia cities. Travel between cities requiring connections or transfers in Bangkok will be considered as two separate round-trip awards.
• Open-jaw travel is not permitted.
• One-way travel is not permitted.
• Cancellation is not permitted once the booking is confirmed. Redeposit of miles is not permitted. Award Travel has no cash value.
• Changes to flights and dates may be made directly with Thai AirAsia and are subject to Thai AirAsia's policies and change/rebooking/re-issuance fees.
• Passengers below the age of 12 must be accompanied by a passenger who is 18 years of age or older, at the time of travel. Passengers aged between 12-16 years old are allowed to travel alone, provided that a parent/guardian indemnifies Thai AirAsia and remains at the airport until the flight has departed.
• Infants (9 days to under 24 months on the date of travel) must be accompanied by an adult. Only one infant is allowed per adult. No baby seats or perambulators are allowed on board the aircraft.
• The number of seats available for this offer may be limited and are subject to availability.
• Passenger facility charges, fuel surcharge, security fees, and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the user. A credit card must be provided at the time of the booking request. Total fees, taxes, and surcharges will be charged against the credit card provided once booking is confirmed and finalized.
• No complimentary food/beverage is served on Thai AirAsia flights. Snacks/drinks can be purchased onboard.
• Redemption level is subject to change without prior notice.

• Award redemption on Jetstar is only available to SkyMiles members residing in Asia.
• Award Travel on Jetstar is only available on Economy (X) Class and must be booked at least 14 days prior to departure.
• Bookings must be requested by completing the online booking form available at delta.com. Once your booking is confirmed and the credit card payment process for taxes/fees/surcharges completed, Delta will deduct the required miles from your SkyMiles account and a Jetstar Itinerary Receipt with the flight details will be sent to the email address provided when the booking was requested.
• Only Visa or MasterCard is acceptable as the form of payment for all applicable fees/taxes/charges to be charged by Jetstar.
• Award Travel redemption on Jetstar is not combinable with Delta, SkyTeam airlines or other Airline Partner itineraries.

• Award redemption on Skymark is only available to SkyMiles members residing in Japan.
• SkyMiles Medallion members or Delta SkyMiles co-branded credit card holders, residing in Japan, may redeem miles for award travel on Skymark flights throughout Japan. Supplemental card holder is not eligible for this offer. 
New cardmembers are eligible to redeem miles for this offer after two months of activity on their card.
• Award Travel on Skymark is only available in Economy Class in a booking class Skymark determines and must be booked at least 14 days prior to departure. Booking can be made 60 days prior to departure.
• Instant ticketing is required once Skymark flights are confirmed.
• Bookings must be requested by completing the online booking form available at delta.com.
• Blackout dates apply for the following periods:
  April 27, 2013 – May 6, 2013
  July 13, 2013 – July 15, 2013
  August 10, 2013 – August 18, 2013
  September 14, 2013 – September 16, 2013

• Once your booking is confirmed, Delta will deduct the required miles from your SkyMiles account usually within 24 hours and a Skymark Confirmation Number with the flight details will be sent to the e-mail address provided when the booking was requested.
• You cannot check or view your Award Travel itinerary on Skymark website.
• A request response email of your Skymark award flight will be sent to the email address you provide on the online booking form within 72 hours after your submission of the request form.
• Travel must be completed within 60 days from the date you submit the Skymark Award Travel request.
• Award Travel redemption on Skymark is not combinable with itineraries on any other carrier's flights, including with Delta or any other Airline Partner.
• Infant is defined as a person of 0-2 years old and does not occupy a seat. A child is defined as a person of 3-11 years old.
• Infant and children must travel with adult. Infant and children cannot travel alone. The same award redemption level is required for children as adult. No miles are needed for infant not occupying a seat but only one infant is allowed to travel with one adult.
• One (1) infant must travel with at least one (1) adult. Please contact Skymark for more details about infant and child passengers.
• Waitlist is not permitted for Award Travel on Skymark.
• Upgrade is not permitted.
• Open-jaw travel is not permitted.
• One-way travel is permitted. One-way travel requires the same award redemption level as roundtrip.
• Cancellation and changes are not permitted once the booking is confirmed. Redeposit of miles is not permitted. Award Travel has no cash value.
