- Above fare class is subject to availability. If the above fare class is sold, options with higher fares will be available.
- Travel must be on a round-trip basis.
- Waitlists or stopovers are not permitted.

- The booking and purchasing period of the above fare is valid until June 30, 2013.
- Travel must originate from Manila to San Francisco or Los Angeles between September 1 and December 15, 2013.
- Travel must be on Delta-operated flights only.
- Travel must be completed within 6 months from date of departure.
- Flight Date change is permitted for a US$250 change fee and any additional fare differences.
- Ticket must be reissued when any voluntary change is made. Change fee plus any difference in fare must be collected at time of change or change will not be permitted.
- Ticket is nonrefundable once issued.
- Infant fare is 10% and child fare is 75% of the adult fare for Economy Class.
- Partially and wholly unused tickets are non-refundable.
- Travel Credit Voucher (TCV), Travel Discount Coupon (TDC), upgrade certificate, SkyMiles Award Travel, companion pass or any other discount coupon cannot be used with these fares. Nor can it be combined with any other SkyMiles promotions.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional fares.
- Fares are not eligible for upgrades with miles from SkyMiles or with any other alliance frequent flyer programs and upgrade certificates.
- These fares are eligible for mileage accrual. Please provide your frequent flyer program number when making reservation or at check-in.
