If you are an individual user and need help with your credentials, please contact your Agency Owner. He or she may follow these steps to help you reset your credentials:
- Log-in to the site.
- Click on the "Profile Management" icon.
- Select "Agency" on Profile Type, then click on "Search"
- Look for the name of the Agent that is requesting a password reset, and click on the "Reset" button next to "Password". An e-mail will be sent to the Agent with a new password.
