Involuntary changes (Long-haul flight cancelled or delayed by more than 5 hours; short and medium haul flights cancelled or delayed by more than 3 hours)
All ticketed Air France customers traveling within France and to/from ORY on October 23, 2012, may rebook their flights without penalty, regardless of the fare purchased.
Refund permitted only in case of cancellation or delay of more than 5 hours for long, medium and short-haul flights. Service fees are not refundable
