Air France Announces Summer 2014 Aircraft Change for Flights Between Toronto (YYZ) and Paris (CDG)  

Beginning June 15, 2014 through August 31, 2014, Air France’s daily flight (AF 356/351) between Toronto (YYZ) and Paris (CDG) will operate using the newly refurbished Boeing 747 aircraft.

The totally revamped aircraft offers a state-of-the-art version of the Business Class seat which converts into a two meter-long, 61 centimeter-wide bed. The aircraft cabins also offer a new color scheme and all Economy Class seats are equipped with state-of-the art individual flight entertainment.

While the newly refurbished Boeing 747 aircraft will not offer Premium Economy Class during the summer period, it will offer 396 Economy Class seats. This capacity change is better suited to the customer demand during the peak summer months.

Travel Agency Information Regarding Rebooked Reservations

Due to the capacity change noted above, passengers previously booked in Premium Economy class on flights between YYZ and CDG from June 15 through August 31, 2014, have been rebooked in Economy class on the same flight. All previously issued tickets affected by these modifications need to be re-priced and reissued with no penalty. Please refer to commercial instructions on afkl.biz/ca for complete information.

Air France asks all travel agencies to check their queues as there may be a need to make new seat selections, new requests for passengers with special needs or some reservations may need to be rebooked.

De 15 juin au 31 aout 2014 Air France opérera sa fréquence quotidienne AF351/356 en Boeing 747 complètement rénovés.

Ces appareils ont été revus de fond en comble et offrent tous la plus récente version du siège Affaires, qui se transforme en lit de 2 mètres de long et 61 centimètres de large. En classe Economique, les sièges offrent tous les plus récents écrans individuels de divertissement à bord. L’intérieur de ces avions présente également une toute nouvelle harmonie de couleurs.

Ces Boeing 747 proposent 396 sièges en classe Économique, une capacité très adéquate pour répondre à la demande accrue durant les vacances d’été. Toutefois, il n’y a pas de classe Premium Économique sur ces appareils.

L’horaire des vols demeure inchangé

Les passagers prévus en classe Premium Économique sur ces vols ont été réservés en classe Économique sur le même vol.
