Due to winter weather conditions in France on December 24 and 25, 2013, Air France is offering the following rebooking options for customers who wish to change their journey. Customers ticketed to travel on the dates impacted may rebook their flights without penalty, regardless of the fare purchased.

Travel dates impacted: December 24 and 25, 2013.

Destinations impacted:
all flights to and from Paris, Charles DeGaulle (CDG) Paris, Orly (ORY) and Nice (NCE), France.
Rebook / reissue / refund must be completed on or before: DEC 31, 2013.

To find current flight changes and rebooking instructions on at please follow these steps: From the top of the Home Page:

  • Select the drop-down menu “NEWS & PROMOTIONS – AF-Schedule Changes – Daily Report/Flash” which will indicate current flight changes.
  • Select “Instructions” from the menu in the left margin for specific procedures on rebooking affected passengers.

Due to winter weather conditions in France on December 24 and 25 2013, the following rebook options may be offered to customers who desire to make a voluntary change to their itinerary on applicable flight dates.

  • The following voluntary re-book options may be offered to customers ticketed to/from/via Paris, Charles DeGaulle (CDG), Paris, Orly (ORY) Nice (NCE), France between Tuesday, 24 December 2013 up to and including Wednesday, 25 December 2013. 
  • Customers may re-schedule their travel, using the following guidelines:
    • Outbound Travel should occur no later than Tuesday, 31 December 2013 – the original duration of stay may be preserved.
    • All penalties/change fees may be waived, even if required by the ticketed fare basis.
    •  One outbound and one inbound change are permitted.
    • Re-booking is only permitted within the same cabin of travel, i.e. re-book in the ticketed class and if not available, the lowest class in the same cabin.
    • Re-booking/Re-issue must be completed by the end of the day on Tuesday, 31 December 2013.
