All claims are to be submitted in writing by certified mail to the following physical and/or email address: Magno International, LP, 11014 NW 33rd St., Suite 100, Doral, FL 33172, Attn: Claims Department,

Claims should include the following documents and detail:

  • Freight Bill #
  • Origin and Destination detail
  • Pictures of damaged shipment
  • Copy of Invoice (Proof of value of damaged shipments)
  • Any additional relevant details
