This course provides comprehensive selection processes for assessment and selection for hiring, and it can be custom-designed to align with your company's culture and objectives. Core competencies are developed to match the job description. The process consists of personality and cognitive assessments, a work simulation based on real work scenarios, and in-depth interviews. This course provides training on presenting information, demonstrating techniques, and assessing skills designed for facilitators. It also covers adult learning theory, encouraging participation, and presentation skills for the facilitator who will be involved in demonstrations and hands-on activities in mockups and simulators, as well as in the classroom.

It also covers basic coaching skills such as listening, questioning, evoking, clarifying, requesting, trust and rapport building, challenging, acknowledging, collaborating, and action planning.
Road Warrior Training
Our Road Warrior training is designed for the frequent traveler or anyone
wanting a deeper knowledge of the air travel experience. This course covers
a wide variety of topics and important emergency procedures. Come experience
a “behind the scenes” look at our state-of-the-art facilities
for a full day of hands-on, interactive learning.
Participants will receive information on emergency exit door and
window operation and aircraft decompression. They will also have
several opportunities to ride in Delta’s motion-based cabin
evacuation simulator, experience a smoke-filled cabin, and participate
in a waterditching exercise.
