This course incorporates interactive learning and hands-on training in adult education and presentation skills. It offers the opportunity to learn and practice essential instructor/evaluator skills, including but not limited to briefing, debriefing, and grading pilot performance.
Aircrew program designees, proficiency check pilots, line check airmen, and training center evaluators are all “evaluators” of your line pilots. We use a hands-on, interactive training approach to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to turn a pilot or instructor into a competent evaluator.
Our Fleet Research and Development Department uses state-of-the-art technology and the latest calibration techniques to calibrate flight instructors, ground instructors, and line check pilots involved in pilot training and evaluation. Instructor/evaluators are tested on qualification standards for their respective aircraft and calibrated utilizing the latest scientific methods.
This course is for instructors with some background in CRM concepts.
