eBilling

Delta’s preferred billing method is a web-based invoice system called eBilling. Once registered, authorized users can access invoices, air waybills, and monthly statements on a 24/7 basis. Online access to invoicing provides your company the benefit of accounting for expenses on a more timely and accurate basis, and it eliminates delays from the postal service.

Customers located in the United States who ship domestically should register for eBilling to start receiving invoices electronically.

IATA Agents billed through CNS are welcome to register for our eBilling program, but you will not be invoiced through this service. You will continue to be invoiced through the CNS system, but enrolling for eBilling will allow you to view air waybill images electronically.
