We have four coolers that Range from 33oF to 55oF
Currently Delta Cargo is unable to accommodate storage of frozen items, all products requiring quick-chill treatment, and fumigation.
Shipments should not be kept in the coolers more than 24 hours unless for extensive customs hold or extenuating circumstances.
Wet ice is prohibited.

You need to take your shipment to your local cargo facility for shipping and pick it up at the local cargo facility at the destination.
For shipments terminating in Atlanta you will pick up the shipment at the International Cargo facility located at 1600 Aviation Blvd, Building B, Atlanta, GA 30354. Additional fees will apply if you choose to pick up your shipment at any location other than the Delta Cargo facility.
Shipper is responsible for packing to withstand a total transit time of at least 72 hours internationally, out of refrigeration.
Transit time begins at normal tender time at the originating city and ends at the time of consignee notification of the shipments arrival.
Frozen items being held by Fish and Wildlife will be handled by the Atlanta Perishables Center
A typed International (PDF) AWB must accompany each shipment.
Shipments should be clearly labeled as Perishable.
Each piece of the shipment must be legibly and durably marked with the name and address of the shipper and consignee. Old labels and markings must be removed or obliterated.
Dry Ice transforms into CO2 and can displace oxygen in enclosed places; it is classified as "dangerous goods" (PDF); for air transport and is subject to separate government regulations. You are responsible for compliance with those regulations.
