Delta Cargo will be improving booking and tracking options with the upcoming single product & service offering for shipments accepted on and after November 8.

Book and track online using deltacargo.com: your one-stop shop for information, booking and tracking your Delta Cargo shipments. We have a 30-day booking window, so the combined Delta and Northwest networks will be available beginning October 9 for bookings on November 8.

Tracking on both the Delta and Northwest networks is already available on 1 800 DLCARGO (1 800 352 2746), and we will integrate all booking on November 8. 1 800 DLCARGO will become the central U.S. toll-free number to book all shipments on the Delta and Northwest network, and the 1 800 NWCARGO (1 800 692 2746) number will be retired at a future date. As an added feature, our call centers will no longer charge for cargo bookings on Northwest flights.

In addition, our shippers sending pets within the U.S. , Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands can begin booking the combined U.S. -based market using 1 888 SENDPET (1 888 736 3738) for shipments accepted on and after November 8.

To book using deltacargo.com, you must be an Indirect Air Carrier or Known Shipper to register for our online booking services. If you are an IAC or a Known Shipper and have not yet registered, submit the Cargo Online Registration form now. If you are not a Known Shipper, submit the Known Shipper Request form found on deltacargo.com first to begin the process.
