DL Cargo will not be trucked on Thursday, November 26.
In observance of Thanksgiving, all cargo that is scheduled to be transported on Thursday, November 26, 2009, will have a one day delay in arrival. No cargo will be picked up or dropped off on Thursday by Delta’s trucking network. All cargo will then continue with transit on Friday.
PLEASE NOTE: BOOKING SYSTEMS WILL NOT REFLECT THIS CHANGE.
All regular EUV (Exclusive Use Vehicles) will continue to operate as scheduled.
Embargo for Quito Ecuador
Effective immediately an embargo is placed on all cargo to or from Quito (OUI) Ecuador.
Human Remains Holiday Embargo
There will be embargos on infant and full size human remains on flights from the U.S. to some international stations during the upcoming 2009 holiday season. Please contact Delta Cares at 1.800 DL Cares (1.800.352.2737) for more details.
No Export Freight out of Canada
Effective November 8, 2009, Delta Cargo will temporarily not accept export freight out of any Canadian cities. We anticipate this temporary embargo to be in effect approximately 60 days.

Delta Cargo’s integration with NWA Cargo is nearing completion and customers can already reap the benefits of the combined network. For shipments on and after November 8, customers can book the combined Delta and Northwest networks 30-days in advance.
