You must be an IAC or Known Shipper to register for our online booking services. If you are, and have not yet registered, submit the Cargo Online Registration form now.
If you're not a Known Shipper, submit the Known Shipper Request form first to begin the process. There may be a $60 non-refundable processing fee.
You must be a Known Shipper in order to establish a credit account with Delta Cargo. If you're not, submit the Known Shipper Request form first to begin the process.
Once you're a Known Shipper, complete the online Cargo Credit Application.
Domestic or international air freight that has been lost, delayed, or damaged must first be reported by the shipper or consignee (receiver) to the local cargo facility before completing a claim form. For forms and filing instructions, see Cargo Claims.
