If you're not a Known Shipper, submit the Known Shipper Request form first to begin the process. If a site inspection is required there will be a non-refundable minimum fee of $75.00. This fee is mileage based and may be higher.
You must be an IAC or Known Shipper to register for our online booking services. If you are, and have not yet registered, submit the Cargo Online Registration form now.
You must be a Known Shipper in order to establish a credit account with Delta Cargo. Once you're a Known Shipper, complete and mail or fax the Cargo Credit Application.
U.S.-based or international air freight that has been lost, delayed, or
damaged must first be reported by the shipper or consignee (receiver) to
the local cargo
facility before completing a claim form.

Service Failure Claim:
Written complaints must be filed within 60 days after the date of acceptance of the shipment by Delta. Please complete the online Service Failure Claim form.
Equation Service Failure
Written complaints must be filed within 21 days after the date of acceptance of the shipment by Delta. Please complete the online Equation Service Failure Claim.
Loss or Damage Claim
All claims must be submitted to Delta within 60 days after the date of acceptance of the shipment by Delta. Damage and/or loss discovered by the consignee after a clear receipt must be reported in writing at the destination within 15 days after delivery of the shipment. Please complete the online Loss or Damage Claim.
