Written complaints must be filed within 21 days after the date of acceptance of the shipment by Delta. Formal claims must be submitted within 120 days. A case number will be assigned upon receipt of all supporting documentation detailed in the instructions for completing claim.
EQUATION must be properly booked electronically, in advance, and shall be deemed delayed if unavailable to consignee or agent within 2 hours of the originally scheduled flight's arrival. Availability of the shipment does not include clearance by destination Customs.
