Call 800-352-2746 and tell us the flight you prefer. Once we have the package, we guarantee that it will arrive as promised, or we'll refund part of the charges.
Packages must meet strict size and weight requirements to be shipped via DASH. In addition, depending on the weight, you must deliver the package to a specified airport location. To find out about rate basis, restrictions, and airport facilities, please read below.
Delta DASH rates are based, per individual piece, on three weight ranges:
DASH shipments are restricted by dimensions and weight.
DASH shipments may contain multiple pieces and the appropriate charge is applied separately for each piece. Each DASH piece is subject to a maximum declared value of $750.
Due to weight limitations on DASH shipments, you are required to bring your shipments to the following drop-off points:
Shipments must be dropped off one hour prior to scheduled flight departure and may be picked up at the destination one hour after flight arrival. Facility hours, however, vary by city. Please contact your local DASH office for hours of operation or call 800-352-2746.
Note: We will refund 50% of the shipment price if we do not transport the DASH shipment on the designated flight with the exception of delays caused by mechanical or weather conditions.
