	Latin American Association Since 1972, the Latin American Association (LAA) has been a solid community anchor providing a vital link for Latino residents of Atlanta and beyond as they integrate into American society. By pursuing this overarching ideal, we provide programs with measurable results to help Latinos fully develop the skills and knowledge required for full participation in society while preserving the core of their cultural and family heritage. To help, we assist families with urgent needs, provide long term intervention in specialized areas, promote youth academic achievement, and support self-sufficiency through education and prevention.
